  Very rude office staff. They made an error on day and time of appointment that they gave. When person arrived at office, clerks kept asking questions, and acted like the patient was confused, and did not have an appointment. Very poor customer service. Staff lost record of appointment that they had given patient. Patient arrived for the appointment. Staff never admitted that they made a mistake. They kept trying to find ways to blame the patient. Patient has records of the appointment made by the office. They would not try to find the info. in office computers. The could have just said, "we made a mistake" and offered to help, and said they were sorry. Clerks just continued arguing and blamed the patient as though the patient did not really have an appointment, and they did not believe the patient. The patient was inconvenienced by time, getting to the office, for nothing. By paying for parking, and by not receiving the medical care needed. They did offer to "work the patient in" at some non-specific time. As though the appointment was not real. Patient did not want to be "worked in" when there was no time for the dr. to see the patient. The patient desired the full attention and care of a regular appointment, and tests or xrays needed, It was as though, the patient did not have a real appointment, and maybe could be "worked in" after others.... Patient left, feeling hurt, insulted, angry, and frustrated.
